One of clients called me and said
"I received the necklace that I ordered from your website, but the necklace is way too small!!!! I have average/slim figure so it should be possible for me to wear it! It must be manufacturing defect!"
I apologized to the client for the inconvenience, and looked for the item she ordered.
I asked item number and checked the item information and images.

The first image was a picture of the item itself, but in the 2nd image, there was a cute dog wearing the necklace.
I apologized cu that the item name and description was unclear. The customer was so kind for laughing and joking around with me before hanging up the call.
I am glad she was a nice customer:)
